Tonya brings extensive experience in film and event production, educational programming, and community outreach to her role as Founder and Executive Director of inFRAME. She is committed to building programs that expand access to film arts education for communities that deserve it, and to creating partnerships that are meaningful for the organizations and participants she serves.

Ali brings over a decade of experience in writing, directing, and curriculum development to inFRAME's creative programs. Her background in children's productions shapes the way inFRAME approaches storytelling, making sure every script, every character, and every session is built around the people in the room. Her work ensures that participants don't just learn film arts, they experience what it feels like to create something genuinely their own.

Spencer brings a background in animation, storyboarding, and production to inFRAME's technical side. He designs the visual framework for each program, oversees filming and editing, and ensures every finished project meets a standard participants and organizations can be genuinely proud of. Spencer also works to integrate technology in ways that expand what's possible in each production.
